Make your home accessible; clear entry ways, hall ways and drive ways.
Carefully inspect each item before allowing it into your home.
Access all damage; problems like small scratches, dents, and broken glass can be easily corrected. Serious problems may require a home visit from a service tech.
Allow time for all damage issues to be resolved.
Your best protection against damage is buying from a reputable dealer such as Thomasville.
Know the policies for cancellations and returns.
A restocking fee may be charged when an item is cancelled or returned to cover store costs.
